Can I use the cleaning spray on stone benchtops?

The spray may be suitable for many properly sealed stone surfaces. However, natural and engineered stone products can have different finishes, sealants and care requirements.

Always check your benchtop manufacturer’s instructions and patch test first. Do not use the product on unsealed, porous, damaged or specialty stone unless the manufacturer confirms it is suitable.

Can I use it on timber?

It may be used carefully on properly sealed timber surfaces.

Spray onto a cloth rather than directly onto the timber, avoid saturating the surface and wipe it dry. Do not use it on raw, unsealed, waxed or damaged timber without checking the manufacturer’s care instructions.

What does 99.9% naturally derived mean?

It means 99.9% of the formula’s ingredients are derived from natural source materials.

“Natural” does not mean that normal safety precautions can be ignored. As with any household cleaning product, follow the directions on the label, avoid contact with the eyes and keep it out of reach of children.

What are decyl glucoside and caprylyl/capryl glucoside?

They are naturally derived surfactants. Surfactants help water loosen and lift grease, dirt and residue from a surface so that the mess can be wiped away more easily.

Is the cleaning spray pH balanced?

Yes. The formula is pH balanced for versatile everyday cleaning on many sealed household surfaces.

Because every surface and finish is different, pH balance does not replace the need to follow manufacturer instructions and patch test before use.

Is it a disinfectant?

No. This product is designed as an everyday multi-purpose cleaner rather than a hospital-grade disinfectant.

Cleaning removes dirt, grease and everyday mess. Disinfecting is a separate process involving products that have been specifically tested and registered for that purpose.

Is the cleaning spray antibacterial?

The ingredients used in our cleaning spray have naturally antibacterial properties, helping to keep surfaces fresh and clean.

Is the cleaning spray safe to use around children?

The spray has been created for everyday use in busy family homes and can be used on suitable sealed surfaces such as tables and highchairs.

However, it is still a cleaning product. Keep the bottle out of reach of children, do not allow children to handle it and follow all directions and warnings on the label.

Is the cleaning spray safe to use around pets?

The formula contains essential oils, so it sjhould be used with care around animals.

Keep pets away while spraying, avoid spraying near animals, food bowls, bedding, toys, tanks or enclosures, and allow the surface to dry before pets return. Ensure the room is well ventilated and speak with your veterinarian if your pet has a known sensitivity.

Can I use it on food preparation surfaces?

Follow the directions on the bottle and wipe the surface thoroughly after cleaning.

For surfaces that come into direct contact with food, follow any rinsing directions on the product label and the care instructions supplied by the surface manufacturer.

How do I use the cleaning spray?

Turn the nozzle to the spray position, apply a small amount to the surface and wipe with a clean cloth.

For delicate, reflective or moisture-sensitive surfaces, spray the product onto the cloth first. For stubborn mess, allow the spray to sit briefly before wiping, provided the surface manufacturer permits this.

Will it leave streaks on stainless steel?

For the best result on stainless steel, spray lightly onto a clean microfibre cloth, wipe in the direction of the grain and buff the surface dry with a second cloth.

Using too much product or allowing it to air-dry may cause streaking.

Can I mix it with other cleaning products?

No. Do not mix household cleaning products unless the label specifically directs you to do so.

Use one product at a time and wipe or rinse away any previous cleaner before applying another.
